"It's truly a great cosmic paradox that one of the best teachers in all of life turns out to be death." I can honestly say most people I coach are "going through the motions" and SO.WAS.I! It took me suffering the loss of my Mother (suddenly), my dog (the next day), emergency surgery 4 months later and a cancer scare 6 months after that to shake me up in order to ask the question "how do I want to live my life?". Needless to say, I was not an active participant in my life. I was living in the dark. I never really paid attention to the fact that by being more mindful and with conscious awareness, I can actually CREATE the life I WANT.
So, after the sh*t hit the fan I began working with a Life Coach and creating my life by design. I began to step fearlessly into my AWESOMENESS and fell in love with my life! I left "status quo" behind and began living with passion and purpose!
I became a life coach then a yoga teacher, studied neuroscience and, the mind and body connection relentlessly. I wanted help individuals create sustainable results and in my own journey I learned that the only way to do this is by integrating the two.
I am often described as passionate, full of life, inspiring and funny which is reflected in my coaching style. So, I will kick your a** but we will have fun in the process and you will grow and expand your horizons above and beyond any limitations.

Sonia Lopez is a highly sough after international Certified Professional Coach (CPC). She is an Energy Leadership Certified Master Practitioner (ELI-MP) and holds her 200HR RYT. She's a law of attraction expert and uses it to help clients leverage their manifesting abilities. She has studied and worked with mentors Dr. Joe Dispenza, Eva Gregory, Tony Robbins, Jillian Pransky and Elena Brower.
Prior to coaching Sonia worked in Corporate America in the field of Human Resources.

My 7 steps to inspired living
1. Practice Gratitude - I journal (almost daily) the things I'm grateful for in my life! There's always more than I realize. 2. Let go my EGO - I practice taking nothing personally. What others think of me is none of my business. THIS IS HELPST CREATE A HUGE ENERGY SHIFT. 3. Set weekly (or daily) intentions - at the beginning of each week, I set an intention of how I want to show up to my life "no matter what". This puts us in the driver's seat. We are being at the cause of our life rather than at the effect of it. 4. Remember to breathe - In yoga, pranayama is our breath. Our life-force. Simple check-ins of how I'm breathing throughout the day, calm my brain and energize me. 5. Find magic - I stop to look at the world through the eyes of my inner child. Life can be pretty mundane. Stopping for a second just to appreciate the little things - like the stars in the sky creates a positive neuropathways in the brain. 6. Do one thing a day that scares you - Every time we do something that scares us, we grow. We gain confidence from facing our fears. 7. Celebrate the little victories - Life is a marathon not a sprint. When you celebrate the little victories you engage in the journey, which is what it's all about.
BONUS 8. I often ask myself "how can I add value to the Universe" -When I'm 95, looking back at my life, I want to have added value to this Universe not to have taken energy up and wasted it.
